Lingvist

Lingvist is a mobile client designed as an assistant for learning foreign languages. It integrates French and English courses that are designed for users with completely different levels of knowledge. The solution automatically adapts to the user's current level of knowledge and gives tasks of appropriate complexity.

Training

Unlike similar solutions that are designed only for learning new words, the Lingvist mobile client addresses three linguistic aspects at once:

• Pronunciation;
• grammar;
• sentence construction.

Any mistake made will be instantly taken into account by the application, and, as a result, the user will constantly face "problematic" tasks. All the mistakes made are collected in a special section. There is also a section where you can view:

• detailed learning statistics;
• topics that are easy to learn;
• problematic topics.

From the interesting functionality we can note voice input. To avoid typing words with a virtual keyboard, the user can dictate them to the integrated microphone.

Motivation

The mobile client not only helps you learn languages by completing certain tasks every day, it also sends motivational alerts to the user. These messages provide information on progress. The mobile application also rewards its users with virtual badges, which are given for completed topics and blocks of tasks. Among other things, the user can independently set goals for himself and monitor the process of achieving them.
