The ASUS Power4Gear application is designed to optimize and manage your notebook's power scheme. You can use ready-made schemes and adjust them for your own tasks. The user-friendly interface is used, and the main steps of configuration are performed automatically.

Main features

After installing the program, no system reboot is required. In the main window of the program, you can select one of the available modes of operation of the laptop, taking into account the ratio of power consumption and performance. This saves the user from the need to manually adjust a large number of options, the proposed options provide the desired level of gradation for various life situations - from working with documents on a trip, to running modern games. It is recommended to activate automatic booting at system startup. In this case, after turning on the PC, the available module will be displayed in the system tray.

Key features

The configuration menu allows access to the settings panel. It is possible to fine-tune the mode of operation of individual system components. The CPU Performance option allows you to specify the CPU performance level - four positions from 25 to 100% are available. The brightness level of the display can be changed in the range from 6-100%. It is possible to customize the reaction to the lack of activity on the part of the user. You can specify the period after which the screen will be turned off and the transition to sleep mode will be initiated. Hard Drive function determines the time of hard disk shutdown.
