TextEdit

TextEdit is a Windows application, which is a classic text editor. Convenient tabs are used to work with several documents, it is possible to create macros. A built-in file manager is available.

Editor

After opening the program, you can load a document for editing or create a new one. A large number of formats are supported. There is a function of syntax highlighting when working with the main programming languages. This allows you to use the application to create scripts. For convenience, you can activate line numbering and use visual indents. A word search and replacement module is built in, you can quickly insert the current date. Basic functions for formatting text are provided. A separate menu item contains tools for working with text data, including sorting and template search. There is a mode of full comparison of several files with each other. All detected differences are conveniently marked with a certain color. The navigation bar is available in the left part of the window for quick search and opening of the desired file.

Tools

The program contains a convenient macro editor. The interface allows you to create scripts based on a set of commands. You can use hotkeys for basic commands. A file converter is available, which allows you to save a file in PDF format. A list of all available tools is available in the help section. There is a brief description of the interface elements and menu sections. A search function and a separate navigation bar are provided. All supported programming languages and file formats are listed.
