Wunderlist

Wunderlist is an Android application for working with notes and to-do list. The planner can be used for various tasks - shopping list, planning events, distributing tasks among employees and much more. There is a collaboration mode and a notification system for important events.

Projects

After opening the program, you can start creating a to-do list. It is possible to group tasks using the required number of categories. You can customize the frequency and add a deadline. Once an item is completed, it can be marked with a special icon to keep track of items that have already been completed. A separate option allows you to activate additional reminders of important events.

My day

A separate tab contains all tasks that were sent by the supervisor or other users. You can add explanatory comments and attach files. There are several sorting modes based on different parameters. As part of the workflow, you can share files - PDFs, presentations, text documents and others. This noticeably expands the program's capabilities for organizing workflow. A synchronization function between several devices is built in, for this it is enough to log in to one account and activate the corresponding option. This will allow you to quickly transfer all the data without manual copying. It is worth considering that at the moment the project is not officially supported by the developers. Therefore, new functionality and updates are not provided, there may also be security problems.
