Smallpdf

Smallpdf is a Windows application that allows you to convert images and office files to PDF format. You can set an additional password to access the contents of the document. Another useful feature is lossless compression.

Conversion

You can use presentations, spreadsheets and standard text documents as source content. Just select the source file via the standard "Open" tool and use the "Convert" button. A reverse conversion mechanism is implemented. You can also split a multi-page document to get a set of images.

Working with files

A separate tool allows you to quickly split and join files. You can protect your documents by adding a password. To do this, go to the "Protect" category and enter the necessary settings, including the password. A module for convenient viewing of PDF documents is integrated. You can select the optimal scale, change the page orientation, send the file for printing and much more. Compact thumbnails of pages are displayed in the left part of the window, which allows easy navigation through large files. It is worth considering that by default a trial version is installed, which has a limited period. To remove the restriction, you need to switch to the paid version.
