Canon Camera Connect

Canon Camera Connect allows you to connect your Canon camera to your android smartphone. With the help of the utility, you can view the photos and videos taken with the camera and control the camera's features. It is designed for smartphones running on android system. The connection is done in two ways: via wi-fi connection or via Bluetooth.

Connection

In order to connect your Canon camera to your mobile device, you need to start the camera and enable the wireless connection. Another option is to connect via NFC. It is important that your smartphone also supports this feature. Connecting via Bluetooth has some peculiarities. The Bluetooth system on your smartphone must support the fourth version of the protocol specification. If the connection happens, the user will be able to control the camera shutter via the mobile device.

File transfer

After installing and running the program, the user can copy photos and videos from the Canon camera to his smartphone. Several formats are supported:

• JPEG;
• MP4;
• MOV.

Important: If the photos transferred to the smartphone are in RAW format, they are automatically converted to JPEG format.

Creating a photo

The app also allows you to create a photo. This is done through a special Live view mode. It also has a feature to add location and a photo editor.
