Asana

Asana is an Android mobile application for collaborative project work that allows you to organize and simplify collaborative communication. It allows you to share messages, files and ideas between colleagues. Additionally, the app has a built-in task scheduler for better time management.

Commands

Authorization with a Google account is required to start using the app, after which you can invite colleagues to your work environment. Optionally, users can be added from your contact list or receive an invite via email.

Projects

Asana gives each user the ability to create their own unique workspace. This allows projects and tasks to be managed in a more structured way. Like SwiftTask, the app provides the ability to set a deadline for tasks, which allows you to monitor progress more effectively. Colleagues can share access to projects and important files, improving team communication and collaboration. And, a subscription feature is also available to receive notifications when changes are made to the task list. The introduction of hashtags allows you to quickly find the information you need.

Correspondence

Asana provides text messaging and sets tasks to be completed. This functionality replaces email and allows you to respond quickly to important issues. Managers can customize project completion notifications for better control.
