MakeHuman

MakeHuman is a specialized Windows utility for developing realistic human models. There are tools for working with skin tone, gender, build and more. There is support for importing files with OBJ extension. Full Russian localization is available.

Model development

The purpose of this computer utility is to design realistic human bodies. While working on a 3D object, the user is able to change many parameters, including gender, skin tone, age and weight. The utility has special sliders to adjust these characteristics. They are located in the left half of the editor interface. The program allows you to customize the appearance of human models in detail. The user is allowed to edit the head, face, torso, legs and so on. There is also an opportunity to change the eyes, including their shade and size. Also, if desired, the user can use the option to generate a random body model. When using this option, the editor will automatically create a three-dimensional object, which the user can later modify at his discretion. With the help of the utility you can create shoes and clothes for a three-dimensional model. You can also create a fully symmetrical character by mirroring one of the halves of the model. If desired, this function can be applied to a separate part of the body. For example, an arm or a leg.

Additional features

The computer editor is capable of simulating the movements of the human body. This allows you to create sketches of animations for a virtual character. In addition, the program supports the connection of third-party plug-ins to expand the available toolkit.
