DC Rider App

DC Rider App is an Android app designed for Delivery Club couriers. Employees can track available orders, contact support and track accrual statistics.

Getting Started

After installing the app, you need to grant access to the GPS module and file storage. The geolocation function on the device must be activated, otherwise the application will not work. It is worth considering that only active couriers can be authorized. After the official registration, the company's specialists provide information for access to the personal cabinet. A message comes to the specified phone number, which must be entered in a special field. After entering the personal cabinet, you can start working, additional customization is not required. A help section is provided, which will allow beginners to learn the general principle of operation and available functionality. Detailed instructions for the main stages of work are available. In case of difficulties, you can contact the support service. A separate tab contains all the necessary contacts and links.

Orders

The program interface displays the orders that need to be fulfilled. The maximum time for which the dish must be picked up is specified, this time is important to keep. It also displays the order amount, delivery time, exact address and customer comments if available. Usually people specify landmarks or additional wishes. The program allows you to contact the customer, for example, to clarify information. For navigation around the city there is a built-in map with all the necessary functionality. The current position of the courier and the delivery address are displayed. You can create an optimal route.
