EnergyOnline

The application called EnergyOnline has been developed for Android smartphones. It is an officially recognized personal account of housing and utility services in Ukraine. The full list of supported settlements can be found on the developer's website. The main feature of the utility is to provide access to any reference information. The user can familiarize himself with the statistics of payment for housing and utilities services for a particular period.

Information about the tariff

The item of the same name in the main menu contains information about the current tariff, according to which receipts for electricity and gas are calculated. It is possible to compare the conditions of the current tariff with other possible tariffs in a particular region and, if necessary, to apply for changing the tariff to a more favorable one.

Payment papers

Another interesting feature of the Android application under consideration is the ability to view the receipts received for payment and the data contained in them. It is about the amount of electricity and gas consumed, billing terms, amount payable and other information. If an error is detected in the calculations or a person does not agree with the amount charged, he or she can file a complaint by filling out a special form. The appeal will be considered as quickly as possible by the moderator. In the form it is necessary to describe the defect, and also provide data so that for this or that period a recalculation was made.
