CE Tools application is designed to reset various errors in Ricoh SP150 printer. The program can work in portable mode, without installation in the system. The interface supports English only.

Using the program

It is necessary to connect the printer to a free USB-port and turn it on beforehand. To get started, just download and unzip the archive to a convenient place and run the executable file. Most of the operations are performed in automatic mode, with minimal user participation. To start scanning, you should press the Output Check button. Then select the FusingSCReset parameter and wait for a message about the status of error checking.

Functions and features

The main purpose of this application is to automatically search for and reset various errors that may occur during printer operation. In most cases, they are labeled with a special numeric code, which allows you to quickly identify the source of the problem. In particular, error 585 or 541 indicates a problem with the heat seal (the roller for fixing the toner on the paper). This error is not critical and can often be corrected by software methods. In this case, you can try to initiate a factory reset - via the appropriate menu item. Errors 203 and 202 indicate problems with the laser unit. Code 547 indicates that the temperature is outside the acceptable range. Error 520 indicates serious problems with the motor, in which case repair can only be carried out in a service center.
