Simplenote

Simplenote is a Windows application for quickly creating to-do lists and notes. It is possible to share in editing and viewing mode. There is a synchronization mode between different devices.

Notes

To access the functionality, you need to create a new account beforehand. As an identifier, an email is requested. Then you can go straight to creating a new note. When compiling a to-do list, you can mark completed items. This allows you to conveniently control the process of fulfillment. A separate panel allows you to view the history of changes. When authorizing on multiple devices, all changes are automatically synchronized. Records can be sorted by several parameters, including the date of creation and in alphabetical order. A search module by content and name of records is integrated.

Shared access

You can quickly send a record to other users. It is enough to press Share and specify the necessary e-mail. It is possible to make a note public. A special link will be generated that will allow any user to open the note on their device. All necessary tools are provided for access differentiation and protection from destructive actions. Import of data from text files and other applications is supported. Notes can be exported to text documents. The full list of available features can be viewed in the help section, which is available in the program interface. Menu items, interface elements, program setup and further work with notes are described. There is a panel for quick navigation through categories and a search module.
