Sniptool

The Sniptool utility allows you to capture an image. The toolkit is available for adding notes and overlaying sound. The application has a minimalistic interface.

Using the program

After downloading and installing the utility on your device, you can start working with it. The application menu is located at the top of the display. If desired, you can move it to any place. The buttons for capturing and removing the screen are located on the toolbar. When the appropriate tool is selected, you need to mark the capture area. A screenshot is taken using the PrtScr button. The file can be saved to any directory.

Functionality

The program has a note editor window. A toolkit for recording voice messages is available. To open the gallery, you need to click on the corresponding button. It stores all screenshots made by the user. Capturing images from the screen can be performed in four modes. After selecting the capture area, you can export the image to the Google Drive or Dropbox. The app also has an editing toolkit. To add a soundtrack or caption, you need to select the corresponding item in the menu. The formats supported by the utility include GIF, PNG, JPEG. If the file contains sound, it is saved in MP4 format.
