ARMv7 NEON

The ARMv7 NEON application runs on Android and is an official add-on to the popular MX Player. It should be said right away that the application contains a codec that works with various portable devices that have an ARMv7 NEON processor.

This application is developed by the creators of MX Player, so it should be used only for this player. In order for the application to work quickly and correctly it is necessary to download the official client version of this player before installing it. Once the installation is complete, MX Player in automatic mode will automatically select the necessary codecs, for this player will test the device. This application must be installed only if this action requires MX Player. If this request is not present, there is no need to download utilities. And do not forget about another limitation: the application will only work with smartphones that have ARMv7 NEON processors.

Codec

As for the codec, it is a rather small program, the essence of which is to compress and play video files and other multimedia files from the compressed state. The main principle of the codec is to significantly reduce the size of any multimedia file, but at the same time maintain the highest possible level of quality, both video and sound.
