Comfort City

Comfort City is a mobile application from the Comfort Territory Management Company that allows residents of the houses serviced by this management company to perform a large number of service operations directly from an Android-based device. For example, it can be used to order services and make payments.

Services and bills

Directly from the main menu of the Comfort City mobile client the user can order services:

• basic services, which include - call of specialized specialists, ordering and registration of passes for residential buildings that have a guarded territory;
• additional services, which include repairs, professional cleaning of apartments, cleaning of construction waste, window cleaning, ventilation system repair.

Also from the main menu users can report incidents and various problems, such as property damage or elevator malfunctions. The "Accounts" section allows you to submit meter readings and pay utility bills for housing and communal services. In addition, in this section you can find out such information as:

• details for payment;
• debit or credit on the personal account;
• current tariffs.

Profile

Registration is very simple - by phone number. In the personal cabinet, you can access your account history, service details and digital copies of contracts. At the moment, such categories as the latest news and surveys on the improvement of common areas located in the neighborhood are placed in separate sections, although previously they were available in the personal cabinet.
