Office Documents Viewer

Office Documents Viewer is an Android application for working with office documents. All major formats are supported, including PPT, DOCX and XLS. Text search and printing are available. There is no editing function.

Viewing

After installing the program, you need to allow access to the internal memory of your mobile device. After scanning, a list of supported files will be displayed. You can sort them by various parameters and add them to Favorites for easy access later. While viewing, you can zoom and navigate through the pages. When sending for printing, all basic settings are available - number of pages, color scheme, orientation and so on. If several printers are connected, you can select the necessary one from the list of available printers. The program automatically detects available printers, no additional configuration is required.

Tools

While searching for files, you can use additional filters, for example, by specifying the desired extension or file size. You can sort the search results by various parameters and refine the set of filters. There is a built-in function to change the screen orientation when you rotate the device. You can quickly send a file via messenger or e-mail. A separate panel in the main interface is provided for this purpose. Navigation through the pages is realized quite conveniently. You can use gestures to scroll or use the function to go to the desired page. A separate panel allows you to view information about the file - type, number of pages, size and so on.
