PitchPerfect Guitar Tuner

The PitchPerfect Guitar Tuner program allows you to tune various musical instruments by yourself. The interface is available only in English, but there are no difficulties in work, as the simple principle of operation is realized. Actions are accompanied by hints.

Brief description

The tuning of various instruments is supported - bass guitar, violin, cello and others. You can use various methods to obtain sound, including a microphone and standard recording devices. For connection you can use the line input, which is present on many PCs. During operation, the program allows you to automatically determine the current frequency of the sound - just play the desired note on the instrument. The recording will be loaded into the program and a special algorithm will determine the frequency. Comparing the real sound with the reference parameter makes the tuning mode much easier, because the difference is determined almost immediately and in numerical format.

Application features

All basic setup actions are placed in the main menu. To get started, select the Instruments parameter. To access additional parameters, go to the Tunings section. You should also select a convenient way of transmitting sound to the application, for example, a regular microphone. Next, you need to select the strings, which are displayed in a separate panel at the bottom of the window. After that, you need to play the corresponding string on the guitar or other instrument. More experienced users can adjust the musical instrument by ear - all the necessary options for this are present.
