ZWCAD

ZWCAD is a Windows application designed for creating drawings and schematics. The platform can be used at all stages of design - from the first sketches to the manufacturing process. It can be used by specialists in various fields - designers, builders, architects and so on. You can work with both flat drawings and models in 3D mode.

Development

The program allows you to correctly open files with DWG, DXF and DWF extensions. When creating a project from scratch, you can use a suitable template, which facilitates the preparatory stage of work. The program uses the now popular ribbon interface, but in the menu there is an option to switch to the classic design. All the necessary tools for drawing and working with objects are distributed in tabs. You can add simple shapes from the set, customize them, draw arrows, lines and other drawing elements. In the parameters you can customize the working area, for example, activate for convenience a grid to which you can bind various elements. It is possible to work with several projects simultaneously, switching between them. Inserting external objects - text, links, tables and images - is supported. For complex works, you can use independent layers.

Tools

The right part of the interface contains a built-in calculator, which helps to perform complex calculations without leaving the interface. It is possible to create scripts that facilitate the execution of single-type operations. There is a function of comparing two schemes. In this case, all mismatched elements will be labeled, which makes it easy to find them.
