Microsoft Project

Microsoft Project is a Windows application that is implemented as a project management system. An employee can plan various aspects of work of organizations of different levels. Gantt charts can be created.

Templates

A separate section contains ready-made layouts for creating common projects. In particular, it is possible to develop full-fledged plans for the distribution of internal resources and funds. You can conveniently track the status of individual tasks, create new tasks and assign responsibilities.

Tools

The program integrates tools for detailed assessment of the efficiency of working time allocation. It also provides functions for analyzing resource allocation and the total volume of active tasks. To visualize the general scheme of work on the project, a module for working with Gantt charts is provided. Such diagrams look like several rectangles that are located along the time scale. Each bar denotes a certain task. Their mutual arrangement on the panel allows you to quickly identify the bottlenecks of the overall work, estimate the duration of individual stages and make adjustments if necessary.

General access

The program interface allows you to share projects. This allows you to view and edit various modules. The presentation demonstration mode is also supported.
