CLTest

The CLTest application is designed for self-calibration of the monitor, different manufacturers and models are supported. It is possible to fine-tune the color gamut in different areas of the matrix. Slow and Fast modes are used.

Usage

It is possible to create and save new ICC profiles. Manual mode is used based on a special template, which is displayed on the screen and allows you to evaluate the current mode. It is necessary to correct the parameters until the main field becomes gray, excluding special marks with white and black shade. Calibration of white and black shades is carried out in another mode. It is necessary to adjust the display of bars that have different colors. They can be displayed from 7 to 9. An auxiliary window allows the user to monitor the results of all changes in real time.

Modes and functionality

Slow and Fast formats are used for optimization. Adjustment is done step by step until the desired result is achieved. The user needs to change RGB channels, focusing on the appearance of the presented templates. Result mode is used to display the final values. The user interface is available only in English, but the work process is well organized, menu items are clearly arranged. To check the settings you should use the Blink option. A separate menu allows you to adjust the contrast and brightness, which also affects the comfort of working at the display and reduces eye strain.
