Planer TV is an application for Android devices, which will allow you to watch a lot of Russian TV channels online from any device where the application can be installed.

Settings will allow you to change the quality of the video, which will avoid interruptions in poor signal quality. The application interface can be adapted for different devices by simply selecting their varieties in the application, which will make the interface much more convenient. Another brilliant feature is the choice of image format and decoder. There's also the option to choose a 4x3 mode for yourself. There is also a separate tab where you can contact the developers of the application by writing them a message, for example, if there are any errors in the application functionality.
