3D Builder

3D Builder is a Windows application that is a multifunctional 3D model editor. There is an opportunity to use ordinary photos from the camera as input data, creating on their basis the desired objects. There is a built-in catalog of primitives that can be used as a basis. Standard tools for drawing, scaling, selecting and grouping models are provided. It is possible to output a model for printing on a 3D printer.

New project

At the first start of the program you should start creating an object from scratch or use a suitable template from the available set. The catalog is structured and contains a variety of objects - toys, letters, furniture elements, dishes and so on. One of the most popular features is the transformation of classic photos into a three-dimensional figure. To do this, you need to upload prepared photos or use a webcam to upload. It is possible to import models developed in other applications. All major file formats are supported.

Editing

The application allows you to change various properties of an object. You can quickly merge a set of elements and continue working as with a single object. To simplify editing, you can add geometric shapes by dragging them to the desired location from the library. A separate panel allows you to adjust the color, texture of the object, you can imitate different materials. There is a function for smoothing joints and irregularities that inevitably arise in the process of work.
