RAR File Open Knife

RAR File Open Knife application allows you to perform operations with RAR archives. You can create, view and unpack compressed folders. It uses a simple interface in English.

Brief description

All necessary functionality is implemented. To create a new archive, you can drag a set of files to the working area, it will be automatically added to the list. Only English is supported for the interface, but users have no difficulties. Clear icons are used, files can be worked with by dragging and dropping. Work is performed in one window, hints are provided. There is a mechanism for protecting files by adding a password at the creation stage. When you try to view or retrieve data, you will be prompted to enter a standard password. You will not be able to get access without it. It can be used, for example, for sending important documents.

Functions and features

All operations are performed in one window. Additional functions are not provided, which simplifies the work with the program. A separate icon allows you to display basic information about the archive. The current size, compression level, creation date, encryption algorithm, checksum and other technical information are displayed. For extraction, just select the appropriate option and specify the path to the desired directory. Built-in algorithms ensure high speed of work, regardless of the type of packed files.
