ShellExView

ShellExView is a Windows application that allows you to learn about extensions that are registered on your system. The mode of locking individual system shells is supported. It is possible to edit individual context menu items or exclude them completely.

Extensions

The application does not require installation on PC, it is enough to unpack the archive and activate the executable file. After launching, the program will scan the system to generate a list of registered shells. Such modules are often installed together with third-party applications and allow you to expand the functionality of the platform. For example, after installing an archiver, the corresponding item is automatically added to the context menu. This simplifies the creation of an archive, because to start the process it is enough to call the context menu of the catalog and select the desired option. This will automatically launch the appropriate archiver with the required parameters. It is possible to view detailed data about each component, including version number, type and name. A separate option allows you to deactivate the component immediately. The application can be useful in case of various problems with the context menu. By deactivating modules one by one, you can calculate the problematic element and remove it. In many cases, this allows you to quickly solve the problem without complicated manipulations.

Export

After collecting information, you can create a full report and save it in HTML file format. The function of copying information to clipboard is supported, there is also an option to go straight to Google search engine, the desired extension will already be used for search.
