McGregor FAST

McGregor FAST is a useful utility with an English interface that works on modern versions of Android. The program contains a selection of physical exercises from a famous UFC fighter. The exercises presented in the utility will suit not only professionals, but also beginners. Free use of the application is limited to one week.

Start of use

Access to the program is opened only after completing registration. During this procedure, the user will be asked to enter a number of details, including a personal e-mail address and a future password. When a person completes registration, he will be left to log in to the created account. Next, the mobile application will ask the user a series of questions. The answers received from the person are analyzed by the program to form the most suitable course of classes. It should be noted that new users get the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the content of the service on a free basis. However, there is a limited period of time for this, which is one week. To continue to use the program, you will need to pay for a subscription.

Physical exercises

The user is allowed to view detailed information about the exercise course compiled by the utility. If desired, the user is able to add new exercises from the built-in collection. It is worth noting that the creators of the program marked all the exercises with different shades. This helps to estimate the approximate difficulty of their performance. For example, the most difficult exercises are marked in red color, and simpler ones in green. To make it clearer to the user how to perform a particular exercise, the developers have added tutorial videos. All videos were created by Conor McGregor or other professionals.
