When opening a program, all necessary information is displayed, including the duration and purpose of a set of exercises. All presented programs are available free of charge. Exercises are described in detail, the sequence and number of approaches are indicated. There is a function to edit the program and create your own set of exercises. The process of exercising is accompanied by tips and visual animation. If necessary, a timer is added. Breaks are also strictly regulated, and there is a possibility to finish it early or skip the current session.
