TapeMachine

TapeMachine is an Android application that allows you to record and edit audio. This utility is both a mobile voice recorder and a graphical sound editor.

Recording

The application allows you to record and listen to sounds in common audio formats, for example, WAV, MP3, FLAC. Scrolling and enlarging the waveform are allowed, which makes the search more comfortable. The utility can record sounds in the background, even when the smartphone is locked. The application is able to simultaneously record and edit the sound spectrum. Selection of sound quality and source is available.

Editor

In the application, you can select areas to delete, cut, and mute parts of a song. You can cancel an action at any time. The input power of sounds can be adjusted both manually and automatically. In the application under consideration, you are allowed to independently select a title for each track. By default, the title indicates only the date and time when the sound file was saved. The utility has a built-in converter that allows you to change the format of the recording. This is done with a single click, just like in MIDI Converter. In the application it is possible to track the sound recording on the status bar. It is also possible to customize the power on and monitoring, select a folder where the tracks will be stored.
