Ivideon Server

Ivideon Server is a Windows application that allows you to organize a large-scale video surveillance system. It is possible to access the video archive. It provides reliable encryption of traffic. You can connect external devices, customize the notification system for various events, archive recording mode and much more. To access the service, you need an account on the Ivideon platform.

Camera connection

To create a new account, you need an email and password. After authorization, you need to connect an external device. To do this, you can use the automatic search - the system will scan the network infrastructure and display a list of suitable devices. There is also a manual mode, which involves entering an IP address. To access the broadcast, you need to specify the password and login from the web interface of the desired camera. NVR and DVR video recorders can also be used as network elements.

Customization

The application provides access to the main settings panel for organizing the work of the video surveillance server. Three recording modes are available:

• scheduled;
• continuous;
• when triggered by an external sensor (sound, motion, etc.).

It is possible to flexibly customize the notification system. When motion is detected in the frame, a sound signal can be triggered or an e-mail message can be sent. A separate option in the parameters is responsible for switching to the hidden mode. In this case, there are no signs of application activity on the computer, and the icon in the notification area is absent.

Video Viewing

The program allows you to view live broadcasts from connected cameras. Cloud storage is used to store the archive of recordings. This significantly simplifies access to files, as the recordings can be downloaded from any computer, and any player is suitable for viewing.
