IncrediMail

IncrediMail is a free Windows utility that provides users with the functionality of an email service. You can sort messages, send emails, create a list of contacts, and much more. The application allows you to transfer data from other email clients, including Gmail. It is also possible to import data using CSV files.

Start Using

The first thing a person needs to do is to install the computer utility, after which the initial setup process will begin. At this stage, the user will be asked to specify data from all profiles that are planned to be used. It should be noted that the application supports transferring information from many services, including Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo Mail. One is also capable of importing data via a file in CSV format.

Available functionality

The user can work with several profiles, switching between them on the go. As in other similar services, the user can send messages, read e-mails, and so on. When creating a new email, the user can not only type text, but also attach graphic content. Additionally, the application allows the user to customize the appearance of his message. For example, a person is able to change the background color of the letter, add a logo to all messages and much more. The application contains a toolkit responsible for sorting the available emails. The user can categorize them by time of sending, recipient and other criteria. In addition, the computer utility is equipped with a special algorithm that finds spam and removes it from the list of emails.
