Tenorshare is a Windows application for data recovery on Android devices. You can recover documents, contacts, music, messages and photos, and other data. Full functionality is only available in the paid version.

Data retrieval

After installing and launching the program, you need to connect your mobile device using a standard USB cable. It is important to enable debugging mode in the settings of the mobile device beforehand. During the scanning process, the smartphone screen must be unlocked. On the next step, you need to select from the list the type of information that you need to recover. It can be SMS messages, videos, call logs, and so on. Retrieval of correspondence in WhatsApp is supported. After checking all the settings, you need to activate the scan and wait for the completion message. During the testing process, it is not recommended to make any manipulations with the device.

Recovery

After the search is completed, you can view the found files. In the new window, select the files and categories to be saved on your PC by ticking the checkboxes. Filters are provided for quick search of content by creation date or size. It is worth considering that the program is paid. The trial version only allows you to view the found files, the recovery function is blocked.
