ClubTimer

ClubTimer is a Windows application for automating the management of a standard computer club or Internet cafe. PC reservations are fixed, the cost is automatically calculated, and records of all orders are kept. Supports creation of virtual invoices for customers, which facilitates the payment process. Integration with MySQL databases is supported. This will provide quick access to statistics and other data. It is easier to upload information for use in other applications.

Orders

The utility allows you to form a complete price list of services with current prices, adjustment is carried out through the program interface. There is also a built-in module for recording the time spent at a particular computer. It is possible to specify booking information and calculate the cost of services. The interface allows you to create internal invoices and deduct the required amount from them automatically. An option to add a cumulative discount is built in. A separate option allows you to automatically lock the PC at the end of the paid period.

Controls

The application can act as a management hub for the rest of the workstations. You can change user privileges, view the list of active processes, take screenshots and much more. Additionally, you can close access to some system partitions and remove the corresponding shortcuts from the Start menu. As an additional protection, you can block access to the Task Manager and the registry. A convenient report generation module is built in. A large number of parameters are supported, and it is possible to export to Excel.
