Free Photo Viewer

Free Photo Viewer is a Windows application that allows you to view image files. All common image types are supported, including RAW and JPEG. You can adjust contrast and other parameters. There is a function to access EXIF data, which allows you to see detailed information about the file, such as the date of shooting.

Catalog

The left side of the main window displays a navigation bar with local catalogs. You can open a folder and view all available images. In the options there is an option to change the viewing mode - table, thumbnails or icons. When working in table mode, there is an option to sort the data by various parameters. The next panel allows you to view EXIF information. This standard is used by many formats and devices to specify additional information about the file - date of shooting, author, geolocation and so on.

Editing

A basic set of file adjustments is provided. You can cut out a desired area, change brightness, color scheme or resolution. All functions are located on a separate panel. It is possible to change the photo orientation and scale for convenient viewing. While working, you can open the image in the preview mode to evaluate the current result. If the result is not satisfactory, it is possible to cancel the operations performed to the desired depth. If a RAW file is edited, it should be saved in PNG or JPG format. This ensures the lowest possible level of quality loss.
