SDR Touch

SDR Touch is a program for Android gadgets. The utility performs the functions of a program radio complex. With the help of the application you can receive radio signals in different range. The program works without an internet connection.

Connection

Before using the program, a number of conditions must be met. First of all, the user needs to connect the DVB T receiver to his gadget. After that it is required to download special drivers. Having fulfilled these requirements, the user can start using the utility.

Finding a signal

The program can search for a signal in a different range of frequencies. However, some options may not be available to the user due to technical limitations of the connected receiver. There is a function to manually enter the desired frequency. The user can select the type of signal: narrowband FM, carrier, amplitude modulation, upper sideband and so on. Once connected to a radio signal, the user receives all available information about it, including personal radio station ID, broadcast state and much more. Any found frequency can be saved to a quick access list. The signals added here can be sorted into different categories.

Settings

The application has a number of additional functions, including sound amplification and noise reduction. The user is also allowed to adjust such parameters as: sampling frequency, spectrum width, tuning step and so on. Thus, the user can customize the program in detail to suit his needs. The program has its own spectrum analyzer.
