Pushbullet

Pushbullet is an application for Android devices that provides the ability to exchange messages, documents and web pages between a smartphone or tablet and a computer. This tool provides the convenience of receiving notifications and correspondence in popular messengers, including Facebook Messenger и WhatsApp users can also receive SMS messages directly to their computer with the option to reply, as well as share documents, images and web links.

Requirements and registration

To use the functionality of the application, you need to install the appropriate plug-in on your computer and run it. The application functions in the background and requires adding to the whitelist of services that manage smartphone power consumption. Registration in the application is required and can be done using Facebook or Google credentials.

Notifications and channels

To receive phone notifications to the PC, the user can configure the appropriate options in the app and plugin, choosing which notifications to display on the PC screen. There is an option to synchronize SMS in a separate tab, as well as having a channels section for subscribing to news and notifications on topics of interest.

Pro options

The free version of the application allows users to send up to 100 messages per month and files weighing up to 25 MB. With a paid subscription these limits are increased, allowing users to send unlimited messages and documents up to 1 GB.
