Dostavista is an Android application that allows you to arrange delivery of small cargoes. The service works in 10 countries, including Russia (17 cities). You can find the nearest courier and fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Functionality

After installing the application, you need to select the region in which the user is located. It is also necessary to create a personal account, a phone number and confirmation code are specified. It is recommended to allow the program access to the GPS module, this will facilitate work with the map and simplify the creation of orders. In case of difficulties with delivery, you can contact the support service. A convenient chat room is used, the history of correspondence is saved, and specialists respond quite quickly. There is also a help section with a description of the service and instructions on how to work. The service features and cargo restrictions are described in detail. There are all necessary contacts, links and legal information. In the profile you can fill in personal information to facilitate the creation of an order. In particular, you can specify your address and quickly add it as a starting point.

Order placement

At this stage you need to specify contact details, start and end address and delivery dates. There is a field for an additional comment. Information about the shipment and delivery method is also filled in. The current status is displayed on the start page, a notification is displayed after the arrival and completion of the order. If necessary, you can contact the courier. A rating system is provided, after the order is closed the user can add his rating. A separate tab stores the history of all orders and payments. You can select a specific period for the search.
