Bing Bar

Bing Bar is a Windows application that is a multifunctional toolbar for the Internet Explorer browser. You can add frequently used buttons and icons to access weather, messenger, video catalog and so on. A notification system is available for some components.

Appearance

After installing the program, you need to activate the display of the panel in the settings of the browser. Then you need to go to the options and form the desired set of icons. The utility allows you to display a convenient widget with information about the current weather. In the default settings is the automatic definition of the current location, there is an option to specify the city manually. Information about the current air temperature, the presence of precipitation and so on is displayed. The data is updated automatically. You can open a panel with a more detailed forecast for the week. An icon for accessing the translator is available. This will allow you to quickly translate the selected part of the text. Access to the Bing search engine is similarly organized. After you go to the page, the selected part of the text is automatically added to the search bar.

Settings

You can receive notifications about new Skype messages. When you click on the appropriate tab, you can access additional options for receiving notifications. There are a number of advanced settings and a function to clear the search log. The settings allow users to leave only the necessary functions and flexibly customize the services left behind. The module does not load the system and does not affect the browser. A section for customizing the appearance is available. This will allow you to adapt the appearance to the overall design of the desktop.
