InfraWorks

InfraWorks is a Windows application for creating designs for various infrastructure objects. You can model landscape design and create visualizations. It is possible to add sketches of roads, communications, overpasses and much more. The program allows you to take into account the peculiarities of the terrain and bind models to real coordinates. This allows you to further integrate the development into other geolocation services.

New project

After starting the program and opening a new project, an empty workspace is displayed. In the process, the user needs to add the necessary objects, customizing the position with the mouse. You can create a model manually or use elements from a ready-made set. For convenience, the object can be immediately attached to the coordinate grid. After adding, all available settings are activated. This allows you to customize both the object itself and its interaction with other elements. There are three additional modules for creating models of bridges, drainage and roads. The added utilities can be taken into account when designing the main building.

Visualization

The program allows specialized organizations to demonstrate to a potential customer how an object will look like in real conditions. It also provides information on the location of elements and technical documentation that complies with all norms. It is possible to use the obtained models to create videos and presentations. At this stage, there is an opportunity to add comments and notes. In the process of recording, you can change the angle and other parameters.
