Kwit is an Android application that facilitates the process of quitting smoking. You can control the quitting process, choose the best nicotine substitute, and use additional motivation.

Personal profile

You can create a profile using your existing Google account. You are asked for your name and data about your bad habit - cost of cigarettes, daily rate, quit period. The data is used to generate motivational statistics and recommendations. The personal profile contains an additional section where you can add short comments about the process of quitting smoking. There are ready-made templates and categories. In the application, you can also customize the mode of using substitutes. Preparations are provided: patches, chewing gum, electronic cigarettes and others.

Diary and statistics

The personal profile also collects data on the body changes that inevitably occur during lifestyle changes. For additional motivation, a set of goals that increase the chance of success is used. All achievements are saved in a separate tab. Push notifications about achieved goals and overall progress are provided. Also periodically displayed are tips that make it easier to give up cigarettes. These elements will allow you not to forget about the chosen direction. A help section is provided, describing the basic principles of the application and settings that increase the likelihood of achieving your goals. There is a selection of thematic materials that relate to this topic. A convenient system of navigation by category is implemented.
