Smart Uralsk

Smart Uralsk is an Android application for residents of Uralsk (Kazakhstan). It provides free access to basic administrative services through a user-friendly interface.

Functionality

In the parameters you can choose the interface language:

• Russian;
• Kazakh;
• English.

Mandatory authorization is required to access the functionality. The phone number is used as an identifier, only Kazakhstani operators are supported. A verification code is sent to the specified number, which must be entered in a special field, only then you can continue working with the program.

Available services

Users can centrally check the availability of administrative fines, availability of social payments. A separate tab allows you to find information about the electoral district and find out the contacts of the district commissioner. It is possible to track the queue for preferential housing or a place in a kindergarten. You can send complaints about various state institutions. The history of appeals is stored in a separate tab, you can find out the status. Built-in catalog of all educational institutions, which allows you to learn about them all the necessary information. The description, contact list, address, main directions and features of enrollment are loaded. A list of reviews from other users is available. A separate news feed is provided. When you click on it, the article is opened in full. The next tab contains a list of local radio stations with the possibility of connection. The interface is realized quite conveniently. All available tools are logically divided into tabs, so there are no difficulties in the search process. The brief help contains a description of the main sections. The material is structured and covers the main stages of working with the program.
